Despite my earlier post outlining an effective way of engaging diplomatically with Syria, the White House seems to have failed to visit my blog today. The New York Times reports that the Bush administration seems resolute in its "strategy of talking only to Arab friends" and "remains loath" to talk with countries like Syria or Iran.
